Day 4 Maine

We were in Maine all day and saw some beautiful vistas but we were surprised at how many marsh lands there are inland. We went all the way to the Canadian border in the town of Calius. We drove along the coast and stopped at a place where one of the first settlements was, St Croix. It is an Island between Canada and the USA and proved to be to difficult to survive on by it's inhabitants without drinking water and too cold in the winter so the remaining party after the first winter moved to the USA mainland.
